There are many benefits to using baking soda on your skin and hair.

There are many products on the market for your hair, body and skin. However, everyone has a product in their kitchen cabinet that is not only one of the best for beauty treatments, but also one of the most versatile. Baking soda has magical powers that benefit your hair, body and skin.

Hair Care

  • To cleanse hair, add a little bit of baking soda to your shampoo and rinse. It will help remove any build-up from hair products.
  • To clean your combs and brushes, soak them in a sink filled with warm water, baking soda and bleach.
  • Add a small amount of baking soda to dry hair to help control oil.

Body Care

  • To soften dry skin, add ½ cup of baking soda to a bath.
  • Exfoliate calluses with a baking soda paste.
  • Relax your Feet in a bowl of baking soda and water to help ease tension.

Skin Care

  • Add baking soda to your cleanser to exfoliate, this is perfect for sensitive skin.

Baking soda is also a valuable product to keep in your bathroom so that you can benefit from the multiple uses it provides.

Using baking soda with a face cleanser with alpha hydroxy or sacylic acid will take YEARS off ur skin!guaranteed!
